REFUND/RETURN POLICY
(Applies to online and in-store purchases)
- No returns or exchanges on products after 30 days.
- Special order (items not stored) cannot be returned.
- All approved returns must be accompanied by our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA will be sent to the client upon request. This form must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
- Merchandise returned with the RMA must be new, in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
- Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. The original invoice must be included in the return.
- The customer may be responsible for storage and transportation costs – depending on the returned merchandise.
- In all cases, the seller's or manufacturer's warranty applies as initial warranty. Any secondary warranties are at the discretion of J.S.V. inc.

HEAVY & EXCLUDED ITEMS:
Individual items over 40lbs and oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. Nevertheless, we offer competitive delivery prices for Canadian destinations. Heavy or oversized items will still qualify for subsidized delivery. The J.S.V. keep the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
MULTIPLE PARCELS’ DELIVERY:
Although we do everything in our power to send complete orders, it is sometimes necessary to divide orders into two or more packages or multiple packages.
FREIGHT CARRIER SHIPMENTS:
Orders that are too large to meet our shipping cost standards will be sent by a freight carrier. The J.S.V. inc. has established discounted rates with various delivery of goods from Quebec and will be happy to take care of the logistics of your delivery to your door if you wish. In any case, you will be notified of delivery charges before your order is sent for you to approve.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
We require a full address with zip code to ensure prompt delivery. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or misdirected deliveries due to incorrect address or incomplete address. Le Groupe J.S.V. inc. cannot be held responsible if additional delivery charges are required due to incorrect address or incomplete address. If a problem occurs with the shipping address, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem. However, it is your responsibility to provide us with the exact information.
USA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
The Free Shipping Policy only applies to Quebec. All Canada, USA and International orders are eligible for subsidized shipping.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY RESTRICTIONS:
* Free shipping does not apply to oversize or heavy items (40 lbs), or total orders over 100 lbs or items requiring delivery by carrier. Items with the designation "HEAVY ITEMS" will be sent to you and billed at the lowest rate we have access to.
* Some conditions are necessary to qualify you for free shipping. Minimum annual purchases must be achieved and / or minimum orders. Please contact our customer service for more information.
